Future Frontlines: Women in Service — National Survey
Open since 26 August 2026
A national survey seeking to understand the experiences of women across Defence, police, fire, ambulance, and related frontline roles — covering workplace culture, health, safety, career progression, and support. Findings will inform a future Future Frontlines policy paper focused on women's experiences in service.
Confidentiality: The survey is anonymous and no identifying information is required. Individual responses will not be published; findings will be reported in aggregated form only.
